Come ride with Jason in a supportive and fun learning environment to...
improve your relationship with your horse
advance your communication in the saddle
improve horse and rider communication
work on problem solving many common issues
build a better understanding of important fundamentals that help make big changes such as rein management, feeling the feet, creating life, speed control, front end, hind, and shoulder control, turns, being balanced in the saddle, and more!
Day one will consist of some groundwork in the morning , and then move on to mounted work as a group. On day two we will begin the day with a 2.5- 3 hour mounted group session with some more theory and discovery time that we started in the saddle on day one. After lunch break on day two, riders will be put into pairs for 1 hour semi-private Focus sessions with Jason from 1-6pm. This will allow everyone time to work and focus on any specific problem areas, concerns, maneuvers, or just building up your knowledge on more fundamentals or advanced skills. There's always something to be gained when you are looking to learn! We strongly encourage all of the riders to watch and learn from each Focus session.
All disciplines and level riders are welcome and will benefit dramatically! Jason will pair up riders on day two based on his determination for the Focus sessions. Please be able to commit to the entire day on Sunday as riders will not be paired up or given time slots until after the morning group Discovery session.
